Services for Therapists

Case Consultation

I provide case consultation services to other therapists seeing clients with Generalized Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, OCD, and PTSD - as these make up the majority, if not all, of my caseload. Case consultation rates are $125 per hour.

I have had my LCSW since 2016 and have experience providing supervision. I’ve received training in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), ICBT (Inference Based CBT), CBT-I (CBT for Insomnia), PE (Prolonged Exposure) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). I also utilize CBT and ACT.

Partnering on therapy cases

I frequently work in partnership with other therapists in supporting clients. If you find a client of yours is struggling with high anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety or trauma - consider referring your client for my specialties while they continue to see you for everything else! I require clients sign a release of information to be sure we can consult as needed to support each other’s work.

Therapy

I provide therapy for other therapists who may be dealing with high anxiety, OCD, trauma, sleep disturbance, or general stress. I have experience working with numerous therapists and social workers and enjoy the opportunity to let you show up authentically. I recognize your skill set, while not expecting you to “have it all together” or to have to do the work on yourself. I have a casual style, utilizing humor, while also relying heavily on evidence based practices.
